Running in Water, Baby Snuggles and Friends

Bear with me, it was a late night...each day I think we may just be calm: I am mistaken. There are things to do at every turn. Last night we drove up north two hours to Redondo Beach to visit great friends and didn't get home until after 10 (of course Ella loved being out late past her bedtime and made sure I was aware of it multiple times).

But before that adventure began, sometimes the first thing you need in the morning is to walk to the park with your jammies still on...and we'd never seen a pink train, so we can check that off the list now!

Barack, N'SYNC and the human bear just needed a break from vacation so they laid out in the sun for awhile. As most of you know, the human bear has trouble staying still and is NOT so subtle in letting me know that she wants to go to the real beach where she can swim (https://youtu.be/vs2rf-2cp6w) and when you get bored with that, there's nothing left to do but have a water fight (https://youtu.be/IKeQENWj0_o)

Ella Bear and Ole Dax are already besties:) She is doing a great job of helping out. She has mastered stroller pushing while walking the dog (https://youtu.be/nwrrLz2BDQE). I don't even think I'm ready for that...actually, I know I am not. We are babysitting this morning and I made sure the dog was walked BEFORE Mary left b/c I didn't want to have to manage all the things at once. haha Thank goodness I have Ella if things get crazy.

"Wait a second, YOU know him too Uncle Ducky?!" I will never be able to impress the human bear with the people surrounding us. Doctor Mary gave Ella Bear a full check-up by Ella's appointment request and Uncle Ducky hangs with the same peeps!

Got out her coat and tools to make sure it was legit!

Adventure Stop #24: Redondo Beach: Redondo Beach, CA

We were so thankful to have a nice home cooked meal from Rich and Ellen! Thank you for feeding us and hanging out:) It is not every day you can enjoy company while experiencing a view that like.

Tiny windows make us happy and we are clearly not enjoying ourselves AT ALL.

It doesn't matter what direction you look at Redondo Beach...it's all gorgeous!

Enjoying a sunset together...I believe we had two consecutive minutes sitting still together before she needed to run around again.

The whole crew (excellent camera work by Uncle Ducky) and there's only one little face not cooperating...or is she?!

The fact that this man laughs at my bulls&%$t is always entertaining to me:) Thanks again for having us Rich and Ellen, it's always a fun time catching up!
